Session Information & Investment

A creativity fee also known as a session fee includes a photographers time, talent and vision. Also included is a Consultation/Artistic Planning session via telephone, Skype or in person if time permits, an in person Gallery Premier ordering session and a digital online gallery after your premier. Creativity fee's do NOT include prints, products or digital files unless specified. They are non-refundable and are due at the time of scheduling a session. Credit cards, cash and checks are accepted. There is a requested purchase minimum of $200 per session but not required. Clients typically invest $400-$2000 in art products, albums and prints. All orders are subject to NC sales tax.

Glorious Transformations | Capturing Baby's 1st Year Plan is valued at $1360 and includes 3 sessions. An Amazing Blessing Newborn session, and 2 Signature Sessions to be held at or around 6, & 12 Months respectively. Consultations/planning sessions, Gallery Premiers and digital online galleries, prints, specialty products, custom collage, gifts, discounts, the photographers time, talent and vision. A minimum purchase of $200 for each session is requested but not required. Custom Portrait Agreement must be completed for each session. NC requires sales tax on all products and services.

An Artistic Signature Session includes 1-1.5 hours of a portrait session specifically designed between the photographer and client. Each session includes a consultation/planning session and can be in my home studio, your home or on location depending on the type of session the client is looking for. Unlimited outfit changes/location changes within scheduled time of session thus allowing us the freedom of creativity. These sessions are for children, teens, maternity, couples and families up to 5 people. Please add $25 for each additional family member. All sessions require creativity fee paid in full at the time of scheduling, and completion of the Custom Portrait Agreement. Please see additional session packages which include more than just a session fee.

Children's Signature session packages are for children's portraits at any age or time in their lives. From a 6 month session to a Cake Smash and 1yr Portrait. This session is 1-2 hours at length and can be held on location or in my home studio. Creativity fee/Session includes photographers time, talent and vision, a Consultation/Planning session, in person Gallery Premier, and a digital online gallery. It also includes 20 images of your choice in a 5x7 Deluxe Mini-Album with the corresponding images for social media. All sessions require creativity fee/package fee paid at the time of scheduling session and completion of Custom Portrait Agreement.

Anticipation Maternity sessions are for expectant mothers between 7-9 months pregnant. This session is 1-2 hours at length and can be held on location or in my home studio. Creativity fee/Session includes photographers time, talent and vision, a Consultation/Planning session, in person Gallery Premier, a digital online gallery and access to the many gowns I've invested in with a few top of the line seamstresses. As of 2015, it also includes 10 images of your choice in a 4x6 Deluxe Mini-Album and a $50 credit towards an Amazing Blessing Newborn Session. All sessions require creativity fee paid at the time of scheduling session and completion of Custom Portrait Agreement.

Amazing Blessing Newborn sessions are custom designed sessions held between 5 and 15 days of life, to give us the best opportunity to capture the naturally peaceful and sleepy poses you may have seen in my work. This session is held in my home studio where we will have full access to boutique props such as hats, wraps, baskets, chairs and other items. It is important to schedule this session while you are still expecting to ensure availability. Your session will be my priority that day giving us plenty of time for feedings, diaper changes, extra hugs and kisses! We want your little blessing to be most comfortable and happy during our session. A Consultation/planning session is required so that we can discuss our expectations and design a signature set specific to you. Amazing Blessing sessions include newborn(s), mom and dad. Please let me know if additional siblings want to be included so we can discuss. Creativity fee includes Consultation/planning session, in person Gallery Premier ordering session, digital online gallery, photographer's time, talent and vision. Amazing Blessing sessions also include a 24pk of Custom Designed 5x7 single sided announcements or a single digital announcement with printing rights. NEW as of 2015 it also includes an Artesian Portfolio Image Box of 5 - Fine Art 4x6 Portraits matted to 5x7 of your choice as well as the corresponding social media images for online sharing. All sessions require Creativity fee to be paid at the time of scheduling and completion of Custom Portrait Agreement.

Limited Edition Mini-Sessions are artistically designed sets often designed with specific ages in mind. They are offered at various times of the year with creative themes, and possibly in conjunction with other photographers as well. These sessions are scheduled on specific dates and at 30 minute intervals. Interested clients should schedule their session as soon as possible to reserve their preferred time slot as openings are limited. Clients should arrive on-time, dressed and ready to be photographed. Late comers will loose time from their scheduled time slot. Note - all session fee's are non-refundable, so if a no-show occurs, fee's will not be reimbursed and due to the nature of the session, they will not be rescheduled. There is a minimum purchase requirement for the Limited Edition Sessions. All sessions require creativity fee and minimum purchase to be paid at the time of scheduling as well as completion of custom portrait agreement. Short and Sweet Mini-Sessions are seasonal themed sets/sessions designed with specific ages in mind or with a specific celebration in mind. They are offered several times a year in a predetermined location and set. These sessions are scheduled usually within the promotional month of the session. Sessions are priced with a product package included. Session fee's may vary. Clients should schedule their session as soon as possible to reserve their spot as opening are limited. Clients should arrive on-time, dressed and ready to be photographed. Late comers will loose time from their scheduled time slot. All sessions require creativity fee / package fee in this case to be paid at the time of scheduling and completion of Custom Portrait Agreement. Individual Portraits are provided to businesses and person's interested in putting their best impression forward on business cards, web and various other advertising. Portraits can take place on location, in your office or in my studio. Portraits are scheduled every 15 minutes. Image selection takes place during the scheduled session. All image products will be delivered via digital dropbox with full copyrights unless otherwise discussed. Group Portraits can take place on location or in your office and depend on the number of individuals in the group. All sessions must be scheduled in advanced with respect for photographer's schedule. Payment from the individual is required at the time of portrait, payment from business office will be invoiced once images are completed. All individuals are required to complete a Portrait Agreement prior to being photographed. NC requires sales tax on all products and services. Contact me for pricing details.
